What’s New:

Selection Criteria:

1) Monthly data are now available in two separate data stores (Preliminary and Final) to facilitate more consistent historical comparisons.

* Note: The previous system contains final monthly data through 2008 and preliminary monthly data for 2009.

2) Selection of geography/year/series criteria combinations are no longer restricted in any way.

3) County name is now included in the drop-down list of permitting jurisdictions.

4) An optional summary group name may now be specified for a requested group of counties or jurisdictions (the name will appear as a subtitle in the output table).

5) Output for each request will be displayed in a new browser window.

Output:

1) Permit counts may now also include a subscript notation (“i”), indicating that the value was imputed by Census (monthly data only).

2) Output is now divided by section “banners” to delineate the requested aggregation levels.

3) Subtitles were added to the monthly output tables to indicate whether data is “Preliminary” or “Final”.

4) CBSA and/or county subtitles were added to the relevant jurisdiction-level output tables. 

5) The comma-delimited download has been changed to a more “normal” database-friendly format.

Other:

The “sequential version” of this application is not currently supported.
